Skat is an independent Swiss organisation with a lean management structure.
Skat is registered as a private limited company under the name Skat Consulting. The shares are owned by the Skat staff, partner organisations and friends of Skat. Skat staff are committed to providing high quality services and to continuously improving the way we work. Since 1997 Skat has used a certified quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Skat FoundationIn 2002, Skat set up the Skat Foundation to promote the sharing of knowledge and experience between partners in the developing and developed world. The Skat Foundation is a legally independent not-for-profit organisation supervised by the Swiss Federal Supervisory Board for Foundations.
