Development of a Results-oriented M&E System for DesPro

One element of the DesPro project is the establishment of a Result–oriented Monitoring and Evaluation System (M&E), which will serve as a controlling and project steering instrument for DesPro.
Skat develops the Result–oriented Monitoring and Evaluation System (M&E), which will provide the necessary information on the project progress including the inputs, activities, outputs, use of outputs and outcomes; and the basis for future impact assessments. It will also support the project team and local partners (communities, local governments – villages, municipalities, Rayon and Oblast) in continually improving the delivery and management of water supply services. Thus, the M&E system will have to generate the necessary feedback for planning project implementation at different stages and has to support the municipalities to learn from their experiences and adopt the M&E system in their own project planning. |
