A Global Coalition of Water and Sanitation Resource Centres
"Streams of Knowledge" is a global coalition of resource centres working on water and sanitation issues with the mission to close the gap on unmet needs across the sector by achieving equitable access to information, focusing knowledge where it can help to build capacity, and promoting action learning, so that people and organisations can derive the maximum benefit from their own experiences. The Skat is member of Streams-Europe, the European regional coalition of Streams of Knowledge. Skat currently holds the responsibility for leading this regional coalition and is supporting the establishment and consolidation of this community with conceptual contributions on the management of knowledge networks.
