The secretariat of the Skat Foundation is based in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and run by Skat.
Executive Secretary of the Skat Foundation is Dr. Urs Karl Egger. He is an expert in knowledge management and knowledge sharing, with particular emphasis on development cooperation perspectives.
