The central theme of the 13th AGUASAN workshop was the global water crisis (with the title : Less Water for More People) and covered a very broad, complex and global topic). The objectives of the event were : the exchange of experiences during group sesssions and informal talks, a better understanding of the system of water use and water management and the learning about appropriate approaches and measures which contribute towards a sustainable use of water.
